Villa K

Villa K is a wooden neighbourhood house that contains a day-care centre, office spaces and room for gatherings. The purpose of the building is to serve as a hangout place for the residents nearby. It's a place for social activities where people of all ages can meet, share and interact.

The interior spaces are grouped around a big dining hall and an auditorium. The shape of the building in turn lines the yard into three parts: the entrance area, the outdoor area for the day-care and a small forest left in its original natural shape.
