Töölönkatu was built for teaching premises of AEL in 1931. It's original designer is architect Väinö Vähäkallio. Since 1982 Sibelius-Academy has worked in the building. Building is protected with city plan and it is located to nationally important and unifiedly built cultur enviroment (RKY Taka-Töölön kerrostaloalue). Inside of the building is paid special attention in recent protection decision.

Apartments are aiming for higher quality level than usually and for example the two-storey apartments fitted in the old building are different to normal selection of market.
